William T. (Tim) Haigh
Founder and Managing Director
Tim founded Haigh & Company in 1985. He serves as an independent advisor to Board Compensation Committees and management in total compensation strategy, reward system design, performance management and communications. After graduating with a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior to starting his own firm, Tim held several senior human resource positions at Citibank and General Foods Corporation and was a consultant at Sibson & Company. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of WorldatWork.
J. Casey Lindstrom
Managing Director
Casey joined Haigh & Company as a consulting analyst shortly after Tim started the firm in 1985. He has over 20 years of experience as the lead relationship and engagement consultant at the board of directors level. In addition to working across industries, Casey leads our life sciences and technology practice areas and is our lead technical consultant in the areas of tax, accounting and SEC disclosure. Prior to joining Haigh & Company he worked with Synectics, Inc., a business innovation consulting firm.
Suzanne Bodner
Principal Consultant
Suzanne joined the firm in 1993. She works closely with our partners and clients to develop appropriate peer groups, conduct executive compensation competitive assessments and analyze annual and long-term incentive practices. Suzanne is a member of WorldatWork. After Suzanne graduated with a BA from Stanford University and prior to joining Haigh & Company, she worked as an Administration Manager for Harvest Software.
Christine Fewlass
Principal Consultant and Director Finance & Administration
Christine has been with the firm since 1997. She is responsible for the internal operations of the firm as well as supporting the consultants in meeting our clients’ needs. Christine also specializes in Board of Director compensation benchmarking and studies. She is a member of WorldatWork (WAW) and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). After graduating with a BS from Drexel University and prior to joining Haigh & Company, Christine worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the architectural firm Vitetta.
Nicole Genier
Principal Consultant
Nicole joined the firm in 2002. She works closely with our partners and clients on the research, development and design of compensation programs at all organization levels in public and not-for-profit companies. Nicole is a member of WorldatWork (WAW) and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Nicole is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Nicole graduated with a BS from the University of Connecticut.
Christine Wood
Principal Consultant
Christine rejoined the firm in 2022 with over 15 years of compensation strategy and design experience including executive, board and broad-based compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Christine worked within organizations as a human resources leader across total rewards, business partnerships and HR operations with a broad spectrum of industry experience including biotech, financial services and technology. Christine is a graduate of the University of Arizona, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), and is a member of WorldatWork and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).
